Century Fasteners has embraced the requirements of AS6174, Counterfeit Material; Assuring Acquisition of Authentic and Conforming Material and hence has produced a Material Authenticity Assurance Plan (MAAP) to conform.

CFC is a member of the Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) and conforms to reporting requirements outlined in AS6174. We pride ourselves in our diligence to be at the forefront of counterfeit parts avoidance and detection.
For our suppliers, we encourage you to conform to and/or adopt the requirements of AS6174. We are here to help. Please reach out to us for assistance.
For our customers, we practice AS6174 regardless of it being a requirement on contract. If it is a requirement on contract, we are happy to share the details of our plan with you.
Additionally, CFC conforms to the requirements of AS5553, Counterfeit Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) Parts; Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition by inclusion of electronics in its MAAP.
